Motorcyclist, Good Samaritan killed in 2 hit-and-run crashes

Sanford police are looking for a driver involved in a hit-and-run in Sanford. Police say the driver hit a motorcyclist and took off. A Good Samaritan came to help and was also hit and killed. The second driver was arrested. Investigators are still looking for the first driver.
