Triathlete hospitalized after hit-and-run crash in Lake County

A 35-year-old triathlete remains hospitalized after a hit-and-run driver struck her during a training ride in Lake County, leaving her with spinal fractures, a concussion, and numerous other injuries she now tracks on a handwritten list.
