Florida drought: A tale of two coasts

On the East Coast of Florida, there is still spots of standing water in areas after heavy rainfall in October. Whereas on almost the entire west coast of Florida, that half of the state is in drought -- and potentially severe drought in some spots. FOX 35 meteorologist Brooks Garner explains.
