Pretrial hearing for owners whose dogs killed 8-year-old

The pretrial hearing for the two owners of the dogs who killed an 8-year-old is happening today. Michael Millett died on Jan. 13 after he was brutally mauled by two dogs in a Volusia County neighborhood.
