Hispanic Heritage Month kicks off in Orlando

September 15th- October 15th commemorates Hispanic Heritage Month nationwide, and Orlando is kicking off it's festivities. FOX35 News+ Associate Producer Reina Nieves spoke with Orlando Commissioner Tony Ortiz about the celebrations and what it means for the city.
