Special election for Orange County on Tuesday

Orange County voters will be taking place in a special election on Tuesday. Candidates are running to fill a vacant seat in Senate District 15 and in House District 40. FOX 35's Amanda Ruiz gives us a look at what we're seeing in terms of turnout as the polls open.
