Federal judge halts new detainees, construction at 'Alligator Alcatraz'

A federal judge has issued a preliminary injunction barring new detainees from being brought to the Everglades detention facility known as ?Alligator Alcatraz? and requiring that equipment brought in for its operation be removed.
