Owner of dogs that killed Volusia child faces charges

The State Attorney's Office (SAO) will hold a press conference on Wednesday about the 8-year-old in Volusia County that was killed by two dogs back in January. The owner of the dogs now faces charges. The charges will be discussed, as well as other updates, by the SAO and Volusia Sheriff Mike Chitwood at the event.
