Search for man accused of attacking 83-year-old over Florida Lottery winnings

An 83-year-old woman in Orange County, Florida, was dragged out of her car and seemingly wrestled to the ground minutes after collecting her lottery winnings from a convenience store, deputies said. Law enforcement is now searching for the person responsible.
