Petition for more crossing guards after student killed

Parents have launched an online petition to add more crossing guards outside Sugar Mill Elementary School after a young girl was hit and killed. Port Orange Police said it's not the first time a child has been struck at the school. They have two previous cases. In those cases, both children had minor injuries.
