AT&T outage reimbursement: Here's when you'll get a credit

AT&T said it will reimburse customers after a network system upgrade last week caused a widespread outage that lasted for hours, leaving some customers unable to send or receive calls or text messages. AT&T said the reimbursement should automatically hit customers' bills within two billing cycles.
