Lawsuit accused Osceola Sheriff of collusion

Lawsuits have been filed against Target and the Osceola County Sheriff's Office following an April 2022 shooting outside a Target in Kissimmee. Deputies shot into a vehicle killing one person and injuring three others after two of them allegedly took pizza and Pokemon cards from the store. OCSO said in the area conducting training at the time. The lawsuits allege negligence, collusion, and wrongful death.
