Quick-thinking Tampa officers save infant from stolen car

A baby was rescued from a locked, stolen car that was abandoned by the suspect, authorities say. The 11-month-old girl was left behind in the hot car that was stolen two hours earlier, according to officers. This incident happened last summer in Tampa and the child was lethargic and in need of medical attention but she has fully recovered.
