Tampa police chief resigns after footage allegedly shows her flash badge during traffic stop

The chief of police for the Tampa Police Department, Mary O'Connor, resigned this week after she allegedly pulled her badge out after she was pulled over on a golf cart during a traffic stop. "I'm the police chief in town...I'm hoping you'll just let us go tonight," she's heard saying in the body-cam video.
