Social Security benefits to rise 8.7--percent in 2023

Next year's cost-of-living adjustment for social security was announced Thursday. This is the largest adjustment in more than 40 years. Many retirees will receive hundreds of dollars more per month in 2023. Gary Kaltbaum, FOX News Business Contributor, weighs in.
