First responder pulls double duty as firefighter, sheriff's deputy

The FOX 35 Care Force is honoring a local hero who is pulling double duty. E.J. Levin is not only a firefighter in Lake Mary but he also serves as a deputy with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
