He played lacrosse at Mercer University. He became interested in bobsledding after competing -- and winning -- Team USA's "Scouting Camp: The Next Olympic Hopeful."

After Florida announced a study showing the high-arsenic levels in candy and the amount that surpasses the level of arsenic safe for kids in a year, a registered dietician discussed the affects of arsenic. Though being a naturally occurring food -- arsenic is found in soil -- foods that have concentrated amounts of an ingredient, such as concentrated apple juice or brown rice syrup, have concentrated amounts of arsenic.

Florida dad uses toolbox to save boy during bus stop knife attack

Joseph Wells, 35, stepped in to help after he spotted a man attacking and dragging a 13-year-old boy at a bus stop in DeLand, Florida. Wells, who was with his own son, said a made a U-Turn, stopped, prayed, and grabbed one of his toolboxes to help. Police said the suspect, a 36-year-old man, was armed with a knife and had attacked the young boy. He then raised the knife up to Wells, who hit the man twice in the head with her toolbox and restrained him until authorities arrived. FOX 35 presented Wells with the Care Force Award. The suspect is facing several charges.
