Lauren Margolis

Lauren Margolis joined the FOX 35 Orlando team in September 2025 as a feature reporter for "The 407."

As a native Floridian, she is excited to be back in her home state.

Lauren was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2020 with a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism.

She spent the first 4 ½ years of her career in Texas, working at news stations in Tyler and Bryan/College Station. While working in East Texas, she hosted a lifestyle show, called "East Texas Live." At College Station, she hosted "The Three," a show that highlighted the fun things to do in the Brazos Valley.

Lauren is passionate about helping animals. She has worked with local animal rescues, helping pets find their forever homes. Lauren has two dogs: Gigi, a chihuahua, and Holly, who Lauren adopted during a TV segment.

Growing up, Lauren knew she wanted to pursue a career in TV and journalism. She is so excited to be back in Central Florida and part of "The 407" team.
