SpaceX NROL-77 mission launched into space

SpaceX, U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command, and the National Reconnaissance Office launched a rocket and a secret payload into space on Tuesday afternoon.

SpaceX, U.S. Space Force Space Systems Command, and the National Reconnaissance Office launched a rocket with a secret payload into space on Tuesday.

Called the NROL-77 Mission, SpaceX's Falon 9 rocket lifted off from the Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida shortly after 2:15 p.m. 

SpaceX said the NROL-77 mission is the third mission for Falcon 9 on behalf of the Space Command.
