Missing boater in Lake Eustis

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Crews were out at sunrise Sunday morning in search of a missing boater in Lake County.

Sunday marked day two of the search in Lake Eustis.

At around 1 p.m. on Saturday, Florida Fish and Wildlife officials say a couple was boating on the lake when they decided to go for a swim.

Investigators say the boat wasn't anchored, so it began to drift away.

A woman was able to reach the boat, but her husband disappeared.

Day one in the search ended at 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Rescuers hoped Sunday at first light that they would have more luck.
