Former President Joe Biden’s prostate cancer has metastasized "into his bones and further," his son Hunter Biden said.
Hunter Biden shared the emotional news in an interview with the BBC Friday.

"The cancer has spread, metastasized into his bones and further," Hunter Biden said. "It’s very painful and it’s very debilitating in many respects."
Hunter Biden said the diagnosis had been hard on his family.
"It’s really sad to watch," he continued. "The only thing that I’d say about my dad, about his health right now, is I wish he would complain more, because it’s not good."

But Hunter Biden said his father remains "out there," speaking publicly about the issues that are important to him.
His last major public appearance was June 27, when he delivered a keynote address at the Maryland Democratic Party Gala alongside Governor Wes Moore.
"He’s still doing his thing," Hunter Biden said. "He so believes in this country."
