ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - FOX 35’s David Williams talked with a close friend of Shane Tomlinson, 33. Tomlinson worked as a local artist in Orlando, and had his own band called Frequency Band. His friend describes him as “fun, jovial, funny.”
