Nancy and Melvin got married on January 6th, 1952. She wore her original wedding dress to celebrate their 70th anniversary.

SOUTH DAKOTA - A woman wore her original $35.00 wedding dress while celebrating her 70th anniversary with her husband.

Nancy and Melvin, from South Dakota, are celebrating 70 years of marriage, and they marked the milestone with a romantic photoshoot.

The teenage sweethearts got married on January 6th, 1952. Nancy was only 16.

The couple has five children together.
