Commission meets after deadly Poinciana crash

Osceola County commissioners decided to add a four-way stop at an intersection in Poinciana where a woman and three children were killed. One man who attended the meeting said he was disappointed more people were not at the meeting to discuss the tragedy or the intersection. He said making the four-way stop was not enough. He wants more speed measures there, such as speed bumps.
