Florida deputy's controversial arrest remark

A Florida deputy in Orange County was issued a written reprimand for comments made during the arrest of murder suspect Keith Melvin Moses. Moses is accused of killing three people in Pines Hills back in February: Natacha Augustin, 9-year-old T'yonna Major and Spectrum News 13 reporter Dylan Lyons.
