'Just devastated': Palm Bay homeowner talks flooding, damage
FOX 35's Amanda Ruiz talked with Ty Hayes, who lives in Palm Bay where more than a foot of rain fell, causing flooding and damage in his neighborhood. He told FOX 35 that a canal near his house breached, and suddenly water poured over his driveway and into his home. Part of his driveway was washed away. "I'm just devastated. We lost everything. We've already been going through a lot."
