Man arrested after woman found dead in motel room

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - On Saturday, Orange County deputies said they made an arrest in a motel murder.

Deputies arrested Eric Rossman.

They say he is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Jessica Burnette.

Deputies say that Rossman and Burnette knew each other.

Deputies responded to the Econo Lodge on McCoy Road around 8:30 p.m. on Friday.

Witnesses say the heard a gunshot in one of the rooms. 

Deputies arrived on scene and say that a woman was found dead.
