Frontier Airlines expands service at Orlando International Airport, serves 59 cities non-stop

Frontier Airlines has announced that they are adding several new flights to the Orlando International Airport.

They say that are adding six new domestic flights and one non-stop flight to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republican. The six new domestic flights will go to Baltimore, Boston, Dallas, Houston, and Hartford, Connecticut. 

To celebrate the new routes, Frontier is offering special introductory one-way fares as low as $29. These can be purchased on their website. 

“We are excited to be further expanding in Orlando–with today’s announcement we now serve all of the 10 largest domestic markets from Orlando and 24 of the 25 largest markets,” said Daniel Shurz, Senior Vice President, Commercial for Frontier Airlines.

“More exciting growth from Frontier Airlines is welcomed news as we start the new year at Orlando International Airport,” said Phil Brown, Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. “The addition of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic provides service to a previously unserved and desirable international destination.”

Frontier is also celebrating 20 years at the Orlando International Airport. They currently serve 59 cities non-stop from this airport.
