Live Updates: Tropical Storm Bertha forms off of Florida's Gulf Coast, NHC reports

The National Hurricane Center is tracking Tropical Storm Bertha off of Florida's Gulf Coast. Bertha is expected to bring widespread rainfall of 2 to 4 inches through Friday from western Florida to the middle Texas coast, with isolated areas receiving up to 8 inches.
