Dexter's law establishes database for animal abusers

Dexter's law has passed in Florida, creating a database for convicted animal abusers throughout the Sunshine State.Representative Linda Chaney, who sponsored Dexter’s Law and Trooper’s Law, says she’s aware of the issues with the database, working with FDLE to make them better. She spoke with FOX 35's Garrett Wymer live via Zoom.
