The 407 tries an Argentinian-style slice: Inside Obsession Pizza

Since opening its doors in Orlando this past June, Obsession Pizza has brought a distinct Argentinian twist to The 407’s food scene. The pizzeria's signature dish is the Fugazzeta—a massive, cheese-stuffed double-crust pie topped with sweet onions that weighs in at a staggering five to six pounds. Beyond serving up hearty comfort food, the restaurant also invests in the community with its free 12-week Obsession Business School. The 407’s Lauren Margolis went behind the counter to see how these hefty pies are built and to taste a slice firsthand.
