Judge rules to release part of confession after Florida man shoots deputies

One month after Luis Diaz Polanco, 31, was arrested after shooting at Volusia County deputies when they showed up to his home, a judge now rules to release part of Polanco's confession. Polanco's lawyers wanted part of his alleged confession sealed in which he reportedly confessed to shooting the deputies.
