Kissimmee mayor arrested on charges tied to COVID-19 relief funds
Kissimmee Mayor Jackie Espinosa was arrested Wednesday on charges of grand theft and scheming to defraud in an investigation into the alleged misuse of $50,000 in city grant money intended to help businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, authorities said.
