Bond set at $4M for man accused of scamming students

A travel agent accused of defrauding students and their families out of hundreds of thousands of dollars is being held in jail on a $4 million bond after appearing before a judge in Volusia County. Robert Goodwin, who authorities say promised a European trip that never materialized, returned to Florida late Thursday after being located in California.
