Sunday afternoon, a tropical funnel cloud formed over Melbourne, Florida as showers and thunderstorms moved through. It did not touch the ground, but those who were in the area should have noticed strong, gusty winds. It happened between 3:09 and 3:13 p.m., according to officials.
