"Stop WOKE Act" blocked by federal appeals court
A federal appeals court has permanently blocked Florida’s "Stop WOKE Act" in higher education, ruling that the restriction on race and gender lessons violates professors' free speech rights. FOX 35's Garrett Wymer speaks to Greg Greubel, an Attorney for Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression -- which is one of the groups to challenge the act -- about his reaction to the ruling and the precedent set.
