What's next for Rialto apartment complex residents?

Those who live at the Rialto Apartments in Orange County are not allowed inside their apartments, but crews were able to go into some apartments to get essential belongings for those who need them. Northland, the management company, told FOX 35 that inspections were done over the weekend and that additional evaluations happened on Monday.
