Led by Chef Bruno Fonseca, the restaurant meticulously crafts an 11-course tasting menu that blends global techniques with high-end, seasonal ingredients. The menu is always changing and diners don't know what they are eating until they arrive. Each dish is presented as a visual masterpiece, finished with precise, "tweezer-accurate" plating. A four-course meal is $85 per person and the 11-course is $195. Reservations are required.
