Oktoberfest in Downtown Sanford moving

There is a big change coming to the annual Oktoberfest celebration in Downtown Sanford. It typically takes place at Hollerbach's Willow Tree Caf?, but because of events scheduled around the same time, the festival is moving to the Sanford Civic Center. German food, beer, music, and dancing will be part of the festivities.
