FHP: 1 dead after bus, utility truck crash on International Speedway BLVD

They said that the truck, which was identified as a Volusia County utility truck, was traveling on International Speedway Boulevard. The driver failed to slow down when approaching a Voltran bus with 15 passengers and struck its rear.
