Flagler County deputies pulled over a Tesla going the wrong way on an Interstate 95 access road and discovered there was no driver. I saw him Inside the car were two teenage girls -- one in the back seat and one in the passenger seat. To make matters worse, deputies say the Tesla back up into a patrol car during the stop.
