Description: We continue to monitor two tropical depressions. Tropical depression No. 14 is forecast to become a hurricane by the time it makes landfall in Texas or Louisiana early next week. Tropical depression No. 13 is in the Atlantic and targeting Florida. It is expected to become a tropical storm by Saturday and then strengthen into a Category 1 hurricane by Monday.
