Wild pursuit across two counties caught on camera

The police pursuit of an accused truck thief that started in Lake County and ended in Orange County was caught on camera by a law enforcement helicopter. Deputies arrested the driver of the vehicle, 24-year-old Darren Austin Mercer, of Eustis, on charges of burglary of a construction site, fleeing and eluding, and other charges.
