All clear given following bomb threat at Patrick AFB
A portion of Patrick Air Force Base in Brevard County was evacuated following reports of a bomb threat. The base was given an all-clear notification just before 5 p.m. on Friday. Several military installations were on high alert on Friday, hours after a gunman opened fire at the Naval Air Station Pensacola. The Florida Naval station shooting suspect was an aviation officer in the Saudi Air Force, U.S. officials said.
