Students and scientists study water quality of Indian River Lagoon

It's been a source of trouble for years, and now scientists and students are teaming up to figure out what's wrong with the Indian River Lagoon. The lagoon's water quality is constantly changing. Right now, state lawmakers are considering a new strategy to clean up the body of water.
