Mihail Tsvetkov's sister speaks on Tina Allgeo sentence

Tina Allgeo, who was facing a murder charge for the death of Mihail Tsvetkov, had her murder charge dropped in court, Oct. 30, and plead no contest to the second count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Allgeo will serve 18 months in the Department of Corrections. Allgeo's attorney said he thinks her sentence was "almost inappropriate."
