I-4 eastbound traffic to be slowed Thursday morning

Drivers traveling from Seminole County into Volusia on Interstate 4 will face delays this morning starting around 9 a.m. due to a hit-and-run investigation, officials said. The closures should last until 11 a.m., FDOT said.
