The FAFSA application is now open for the 2026-27 school year, and local organizations Elevation Scholars and Lift Orlando are hosting a community Financial Aid Night on Wednesday night at Orange Center Elementary School to ensure local students can complete the application. Gaslande Fleurimont, manager of College Success for Elevation Scholars, and Thomas Tyler, Lift Orlando college and career specialist, join Good Day Orlando to talk more about the benefits of FAFSA.
