Main Street Arch ribbon-cutting ceremony in Daytona Beach

The City of Daytona Beach is holding a Main Street Arch ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday morning at the base of the arch, which is located at the east end of Main Street by Ocean Avenue. FOX 35's Amanda Ruiz walks us through what the ceremony will celebrate.
