Attorney: Why do major Florida theme parks self report injuries?

Attorneys representing the family of Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, the 32-year-old man who became unconscious -- and later died -- while riding the Stardust Racers roller coaster at Universal's Epic Universe, questioned why some of the major theme parks in Florida "self report" injuries.
